2011 TOURNAMENTS

BC TIGERS INDOOR SOCCER TOURNAMENT - MARCH 25 to 27

• 5V5 -  Mens Open, Over 35 and Over 40  indoor soccer tournament.
• Prize Money - 1st Place $1,500 , Second Place $500.00
• Dates: March 26 to 27th.
• Location: Khalsa School Gym (124 & 69 Ave)

LALLI GILL MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT  - April 8-9

• This tournament is held by Temple United FC.
• Dates: April 8,9,10

MSA SOCCER TOURNAMENT - May 6 - 8

• This tournament is held by MSA Soccer Club 
• Boys age groups - U16, U18   (One Group) Round Robin
• Boys age groups - U13, U14, U15 (Gold and Silver)   (Knockout)
• Girls age group - U14, U16 and Open (Round Robin)
• Draws - MRC 3602 Clearbrook Rd. Abbotsford Friday April 29, 2011 6pm - 8pm.

KDS VANCOUVER TOURNAMENT - May 13 - 22

• This tournament is held every year by Khalsa Diwan Society (by the Ross Street Gurdwara) since 2000.

HARJ BRAR MEMORIAL - June 3 - 5

• This tournament is held in memory of Harjit Brar who passed away (along with Jas Chahal and Jas Toor) at a young age in a horrific car accident in California. Sikh Temple Soccer Club has been hosting this tournament to commemorate the life of a talented and well avid soccer player. This tournament is held every year at Newton Athletic Park in Surrey BC.

JORDY RASODE INVITATIONAL

• The Rasode family lost two young sons to heart disease.  Bahadur in 1998 and Ranbir in 2000, Ranbir was Jordy's father.  In 2000 Jordy and his family decided to hold a memorial tournament.  This tournament is held annually at Newton Athletic Park in Surrey BC.

 PUMMI UPPAL MEMORIAL - July 1 - 3

• This tournament is held in memory of Pummi Singh Uppal by Guru Nanak Sporting Club.  This tournament has been held at Newton Athletic Park in Surrey BC every year for the past 20 years in appreciation to his devotion to the Guru Nanak Sporting Club.
